Amanda and Lauren are amazing at the brow bar in John Lewis in Cheadle. They both always do a fantastic job and are just lovely to spend time with!! They make the customer feel really valued and really know what they are doing. Brilliant!

Olivia is a gem. She really helped me by demonstrating how to use my products effectively - and I’m an older woman so she was mindful of that which was great. I’ve dealt with Amanda too in the past - so brilliantly skilled both of these ladies and frankly I’m a complete Benefit convert now because of them!
I love it when my phone reminds me that I have an eyebrow appointment with Amanda. Not only does she makes my brows look amazing but I really enjoy our chats and how relaxed she makes me feel. Last time we found the perfect lipstick for me too which I wear all the time. Can’t recommend her highly enough x
I only popped in to grab some more powder foundation, but I was also looking to see how I could update my brows. I have used the BrowZing kits for years, but now the smaller kits are being discontinued, I wanted to see what was available when mine runs out. I was served by a lovely woman called Olivia who ran through what was available, and she showed me how I can do my brows using the pencil and gel. I definitely will be returning when it’s time to replenish my brow makeup!
