   I’ve been visiting house of vanity for almost a year now for almost a year now and recently visited them for a special celebration for me and my team - the girls here cannot do enough for you, (Elena especially) and both me and my team were absolutely over the moon with our hair - I was even fussier than usual and Elena made sure I was 100% happy before I left; even doing last minute touch ups for me when needed. If you’re based in Manchester and you need hair up or a bouncy blowdry, this is absolutely the place to go! X

   They were just wonderful. I was super anxious and they put me right to ease, offering tea, coffee, I even was given Chocolates! The salon was super clean, the girls were just so lovely and my hair turned out wonderful. They had such a short turn around and I was so happy with the result. Absolutely highly recommend!

   The person who cut my hair was lovely but unfortunately it’s the worst haircut I’ve ever had. Fringe miles too short, uneven layers and nothing like I requested. I just wanted to pay and get out quickly to avoid any further damage. Hoping it grows out soon. Wouldn’t recommend (although the head spa I had separately before the cut was great!)

   I was booked in for hair and make up for New Year’s Eve celebrations with HoV. Due to personal reasons and illness I have had to cancel and I first notified the salon regarding this on 28.12.22. My enquiry was dealt with very efficiently by all the team staff members upon them waiting for Kayleigh, the manager to come back, in what I can imagine is the busiest period for the salon. Kayleigh was very understanding and as a gesture of goodwill she refunded my make up, as the slot was filled. The appointments were meant to be non refundable, so I am very grateful for this and I hope to visit the salon in the near future ☺️ 10/10 customer service, thank you very much all.

   I come here religiously every week to get my hair washed I used to have a drive to Liverpool as I’m so fussy but the team at house it Vanity are by far the best at blow dries in Manchester!!! .. the staff are always so welcoming an always go out their way to accommodate me which I’m really grateful! Wouldn’t go anywhere else… highly recommend xx

   Visited yesterday, had a lovely warm welcome. I was booked in with Lewis, he is the loveliest guy ever. He listened to how I wanted my hair and I can honestly say I walked in feeling drab and walked out feeling incredible, what a transformation! My hair lasted the following day too, even with the wet weather. I will definitely return when I'm next in Manchester, thank you!

   Amazing place that I’ll definitely be returning to! My colleague and I booked for a bouncy blow dry and make up for an awards ceremony and we were delighted with the results. The staff are professional, super friendly and listen to exactly what you want. We both had so many compliments about our hair and make up on the night and it lasted until 4am.

   Honestly the best hairdressers I’ve ever been too. The team are always polite, friendly and it is the best self care treatment ever. Lewis always makes me feel like a queen and gives an amazing blow dry. Everytime I go there I leave feeling a million times better. Will forever love house of vanity xx
