   I don’t usually leave reviews but I just had to this time. Natalie is the most beautiful soul and an amazing nail technician! We had a great chat and she was the kindest person and explained everything to me since it was my first time getting gel extensions. She also gave me nice hand massage and just took care of my dry hands. As an introvert I don’t usually talk in these kind of situations but it was so easy and I honestly had the best time. Also more importantly my nails look SO GOOD! I keep looking at them and admire them every 5 minute. Thank you so so much for your lovely service! You went above and beyond and I really appreciate it xxx

   I had a full body Swedish massage with Natalie and the treatment was perfect from start to finish. The salon is always sparkling clean, is in a great location and you can really tell how much thought and care goes into ensuring each treatment is done to a very high standard. Having been to a different salons across the country over the years, Preened and Polished is a total gem and every treatment I’ve had there has been second-to-none. I always leave with a bounce in my step and I’m so grateful to Natalie and Lynsey for their hard work and the effort they put into giving you a 5 star service. I can’t recommend them enough! They also stock some Eve Taylor products so I picked up a gorgeous smelling candle - my bedroom now smells like the Preened and Polished treatment room and I’m so chuffed about it!

   I was completely blown away by the quality of service at this absolute gem of a place. I had GelX nail extensions done by Lynsey and the quality of service throughout my appointment was uncontested compared to other salons I've been to. Lynsey was extremely precise, skilled, and her attention to details made me feel like my nails were truly taken care of. She talked me through everything that was happening and took her time with it what made me feel calm and relaxed. She was very attentive to what I wanted to get done and offered fantastic advice on nail polish. Additionally, it is amazing that the salon offers the GelX nail extensions as they are a better alternative to the acrylic nails but I struggled to find anywhere in Manchester city centre that would offer them. As for the nails. they are still on and it's my fourth week of having them. I've experienced no problems with them, they were a pleasure to wear and also received tons of compliments. I will be definitely coming back for more treatments and I strongly recommend you give this place a try too :)

   Feel I need to leave a review for the Gel Nail Extensions I had. As a new product and procedure I was very sceptical but I can honestly say they are the best false nails I’ve ever had. They look and feel just like acrylic only much lighter in weight which makes them feel more natural. I have an extremely hands on job and they have lasted weeks. Lost my first one today but didn’t even feel it come off and my natural nail is like new underneath. I haven’t always been a massive fan of acrylic nails because of how much they hurt and ruin your natural nails, but I would definitely recommend these to anyone, especially if you only want them for a one off special occasion! Been going to P&P for many years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Nat and Lynsey are super friendly and treat every client with special care and attention you don’t seem to get elsewhere.    I can't say enough good things about this salon. I found them doing a Google review and was impressed by their rating. I quickly booked online and received an email reminder. I arrived at their great location and was greeted by Haley. She quickly offered me a tea and got me signed in. The shop is decorated very stylish and had some lovely touches. I was booked in for nails and eyebrows waxing. Haley did my nails first. She is very talented and has a great personality. While I was getting pampered the salon owner, Natalie popped in and started chatting with us as well. These ladies know how to make a girl feel pampered. I am more than impressed. Top notch service!

   These girls are my go to for everything. They are so lovely and always make me feel so welcome and comfortable. I always get my nails done here and would never go anywhere else. Natalie is super talented and has my nails looking amazing every single time. Side note: they also make a great Latte! :)
