I had my brown tinted and waxed and lip waxed with Kaan at benefit counter and the service was above and beyond. No pain, he talked me through the process so well, he chose a perfect colour for me and its unreal how natural and full my brown look. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks Kaan! ❤️

Alana, had a lovely warm welcome and joyful person. Immediately puts you at ease. Engaging, eye contact and a good listener. Alana, asked questions to establish what I wanted and how I wanted my brows to look. She loves what she does and enjoys making you happy and feeling good. My brows, were exactly what I wanted. Alana, explained everything she was doing as she went along. This was great and made me feel involved. Leaving me happy and feeling good. A real pleasure to have a lovely person supplying good customer service and leaving me wanting to come back. A very pleasant experience.
