Nadia was amazing!! I have never ever let anyone cut my hair before and she done it absolutely beautifully! It is my first time being here too she done a beautiful job! Will be coming here again! Thank you so much!
Came as a walk-in for the pedicure service at around 5:15pm on a Friday evening, the shop was quite empty so I was seated imminently. The service was pleasant including a built in massager in the chair, foot scrub, exfoliation and foot bath. However, the gel polish it’s self after the appointment was not so great. My toes are half painted/polish doesn’t fill the full nail and the appointment only lasted about 30minutes including food scrub etc so it was definitely rushed. I had to pay £40 and with the “student discount” the price went down to £36. This was definitely not worth the money I had paid as I’ve been to Instagram nail techs for cheaper, better and longer lasting pedicure. This was quite disappointing as the staff were all quite friendly.
I come here frequently, I recently got my BIAB done , which cost £40 for ONE colour and one nail cracked within a week . Called up and explained and got told I wouldn’t have to pay for the infill, came in got it done and got told I had to pay £5. I explained to the other workers about the phone call I had and how I had come a week ago to get my nails done and it’s cracked already . They tried to tell me I was lying and they never did my nails even after I shown the transaction of payment , which also shows location . The lady that did my nails was in the shop and lied saying she didn’t do my nails when she definitely did. Didn’t pay a penny , just left . Never coming back , save yourself the money and go somewhere else . The young girl is lovely , but the older ones not so much , which is a shame .
I came here by chance yesterday after having had a really bad experience at another nail salon and let me tell you, I am SO grateful I did! Staff were incredibly lovely and helpful (we had a good laugh about my previous nail experience) and created the best birthday nail set for me. This is absolutely my new go-to place and should be yours too!
Nails last upto 3 weeks! Have been coming here for 4 years now and never disappoints. Always able to do what I ask with my nails and are very transparent with what they can do! Prices are amazing and very affordable. Recommend to all of my friends and the staff remember my go to base colour 10/10. They also have a great loyalty scheme :)
So good! Hair wash. Haircut Blow dry and style. Super swift, professional, experienced, confident, friendly. Perfect if you want to treat yourself and relax, not too much talking - just enjoying and relaxing. Perfect! I will be only going here from now on. 10/10 I will be filling up my loyalty stamp card for sure!
Came in and was quickly seated and seen to by Marika who was attentive and quick with both BIAB removal on hands and acrylic removal on toes. Hands and toes left looking healthy and was very nice to speak to. Deffo recommend and will be coming again soon as a central location it’s easy to get to by all modes of transport!
I love them they are my go to nails and pedicure place. I am so happy I find this place. Highly recommended.
Asked for a simple straight hair cut, which was already cut straight just wanted the ends cutting off. With wash and styling. My hair is loads of different lengths now is far from straight. And when he washed my hair he made it super tangly then tried brushing my hair from the top pulling all the lugs through. I had to tell him to stop and brush my hair myself. I also asked for it to be styled as curly and he just blew dried it and charged me £40. For a horrible hair cut and experience. Avoid this place if you still want hair on your head. It used to be great when Kim owned this and was in charge. But it's terrible now that it's JJS.
I come back to review a month later. I am back at my home nail place and she said the top of my nail polish was dry but not underneath. She said they did it too quickly and the underneath gel never dried. She said that it can cause infections and growths because water gets in there. I never write a bad review, but I think future clients should BE WARNED! And JJ Creative, you should do a better job!!! I have never felt so hurried in my life. I had a manicure and pedicure and she even cut the bottom of my foot.
