   I have been a client at Room 35 for many years for both hair and beauty treatments. I cannot praise them highly enough, always a very high quality and friendly service and they have dealt with the new guidelines around the pandemic with utter professionalism. They are all lovely and hard-working girls and this is reflected in the quality of their services. Thank you ladies :-)

   I have been having my hair done by Lizzy since she came to Manchester 13 years ago and I will probably use her for another 13 years and more. Always professional, the shop is always spotless and she and all the girls working there are lovely, I cannot recommend this salon highly enough.

   I have used this salon for the past couple of years for my hair cut and colour. Always found the girls to be friendly accommodating and professional in fact some of them have become friends. The products they use are all high quality decent products and their prices are competitive of the area. As I work for the NHS it is imperative that I follow Covid guidelines and will always use local business that I feel are fully Covid compliant this salon is exceptional with compliance, despite seeing a previous review stating otherwise!! There are plenty of hand sanitisers, social distancing, the Track and Trace app and all staff wear masks. Would highly recommend.

   Cannot fault Room 35. Lizzy is absolutely fantastic, she has been doing my hair for since about 2008. She is the best hair stylist I have ever had and even though I don't live in Failsworth I have always returned to Room 35. The one time I went else were (for an emergency highlight) it was a disaster, so never again. All the staff are really friendly and have done their up most to protect each other and their clients during the recent pandemic
