   I had a cut & blow with Jayne, I walked in nobody spoke to me so I sat down then Jayne called me forward, hardly made any conversation with me (not good customer service). I had to make the initiation, in the end I gave up. I told her how I wanted my hair (not really done to perfection - I think I spent all of 20 mins and it was done, not spending enough time on my hair to get it right, she ruined my fringe and left uneven pieces sticking out - not a good look for my holidays...thanks very much!). She made me feel uncomfortable and she really is not a professional hairdresser (in my opinion!) - she needs more training, so here I am again looking for another DECENT hairdresser.

   ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I asked for a specific fringe cut & she had done the complete opposite, made it soooo short to the point where i can’t hold on to my hair and has ruined my hair completely! I can’t even style it which makes it worse. If you can’t do it, don’t attempt it! I can definitely say you are not experienced in cutting hair on young females as you cannot follow simple instructions. No one cuts a fringe bluntly straight unless they requested a full fringe which I did not. Very disappointed & angry. I had also told her, this isn’t how it should be as it appeared so choppy which isn’t how curtain bangs are cut. Clearly she had no knowledge on curtain bangs and cut whatever she thought seemed ‘appropriate’. I had stopped coming to this salon for a while as they would always ruin the shape of my hair or couldn’t follow what you asked for & I regret returning. Will never be returning here again, my hair has been ruined many times at this salon, only Lindsey knows how to please her customers!
