The transformation i was given was nothing short of incredible, Hayley is an exceptional hair extension technician who worked closely with me as I had super short hair and kept me updated throughout the process helping me choose the right colour (which was perfectly colour matched) and literally worked wonders. The after care I received was brilliant ans Hayley answered my random text about how to care for my extensions, we're now on my forth month and my extensions are still going strong!
Xenos Haven is a wonderful salon. Hayley has built a lovely space with people who just want to make you feel your absolute best. Hayley did my extensions last week and they are absolutely gorgeous. Better than I could have imagined! Everyone has said how amazing they look. She is knowledgeable and explains everything clearly. She is also technically brilliant and a thoroughly wonderful person. I cannot recommend highly enough.
I have had colour put on my hair for years and years and it was becoming increasingly evident that my hair was in need of a good rest, especially from bleaching as I like bright colours. When I went to Hayley she was open and honest with me about the state my hair had got in to due to excessive colouring. She mentioned the possibility of tape extensions but I was nervous as I’ve never had them before and am not the best at looking after my hair. We talked through all of the options available and she showed me a huge range of bright colours I could have. I nervously took the plunge but with Hayley’s years of experience and skills, I felt completely at ease throughout the whole process. I was absolutely stunned at the results. Since having my two sons I have lost a lot of volume in my hair so to have that thickness back instantly was a wonderful feeling. The extensions are incredible quality and it only took a couple of weeks to get used to them being there, as Hayley assured me it would. Now it just feels like they are a part of my own hair. I go for a wash and blow every fortnight with Hayley to help keep my extensions looking in tip top condition but this isn’t a necessity as they are a lot easier to look after than I thought they would be. I’ve had my extensions in just over two months now and they look exactly as they did the day they went in. The quality is incredible and the tapes have been changed once, after six weeks due to my hair growing quite rapidly. I can already see the difference in my own hair from giving it a good rest from regularly bleaching and colouring. I never thought I’d be somebody who would ever use hair extensions but I’m not sure I’ll ever be without them now. I love them. So grateful to Hayley for everything she has done for my hair and helping me to rebuild my confidence after a difficult few months xxx

I received a fantastic sports/hot stone massage from John at Xenos Haven. I would really recommend this treatment if you have any kind of back pain, repetitive strain injury or just need a really good massage. I felt amazing after as the pain was dramatically reduced. The heat of the hot stones was lovely and soothing and left me feeling very relaxed. Many thanks.
