   Had my 2nd ever appointment here today. How nice to be attended promptly by Sophie, happy to see me, greeting me by name.Although I was the first appointment of the day the salon was warm and welcoming and my treatment began immediately. Sophie asked me first before allowing her beautiful, friendly, welcoming little dog in to the salon area. A true therapy dog, embracing and comforting any, available, welcoming person. Sophie was diligent in asking my hair preferences and the time I can spare on hair care at home.She performed a perfectly lovely cut and colour. Leaving me feeling beautiful and fabulous. What a star!
