Suzan was so professional!! The hair was neat and beautiful, she was also super fast with it and I have a tender scalp and a full head of virgin type 4C hair!! Super would recommend, super affordable too! 10/10 service!!

The hair was at least manageable,could have been better, way too much gel though, however, customer service is horrible! They kept taking on more walk in customers despite been so busy, with no avaliable stylist, my hair got abandoned for over 2hours just so someone who walked in could get theirs done, girls were rowdy and talking over customers head in a native language and above all, my attachments went missing, had three packs of hair but after the second pack was done,they suddenly didn't have enough to make my hair, but they miraculously found some to finish my hair. Price was different from what was agreed on the phone. The service could be better, I spent all day there trying to get french curls done..
I have had my hair and nails done today and it was beautifully done! This is my first time coming and I am extremely proud to say how stunned I was to come across such a friendly, comfortable and sustainable service. Will soon add another review of my knotless french curls for people to see how lovely and how well and consistent everything was!
I booked a last minute appointment with Suzan to relax my hair, despite being a very last minute appointment in the night time, Suzan managed me to booked me in and when I attended my appointment, I received excellent custumer care during the whole process of relaxing my hair! She has been very professional, she took really good care of my hair and I have been really satisfied with the service that she provided. I fully recommend her as she is very kind and provides excellent customer service at a very affordable price!

THIS LADY IS UNHYGIENIC AND RUDE!! I found this lady after scrolling on Google, we arranged an appointment and she had a clear image of how I wanted my hair to look. We arranged and settled on a price for £60-80 booked for 2pm. She later charged me £100 and I was there from 2pm - 2am. She kept moving from client to client touching all the same hair at once..EATING at the same time!!! NEVER GO HERE!! She lied about the price! She couldn’t DO A MIDDLE PART, and she has a terrible aggressive attitude.
