Long-time customer, but today’s experience was shocking. I bought Jordan 11s, and while checking sizes, I saw a staff member deliberately damage the shoebox with a key. No idea why—won’t be returning.
walked into the Leeds store and was greated by Tom, fantastic service from start to finish Thankyou Tom.
Visited the leeds branch at the weekend. I was looking for a particular trainer but sadly they didn’t have it in stock. Staff were very helpful, a female staff member looked on line for me but Ashley couldn’t find available the pair I wanted. My husband was chatting to another very young staff member about trainers in the 80’s the poor lad wasn’t born until the 2000’s but bless him he did his best to engage with my husband.
10/10 great customer service. Everyone is so friendly. Any issues or problems I've had the team have resolved them. Both Brad and Kieran are great members of the size team, I've had many great chats with them. The leeds size team is excellent in what they do and I always go pop in when I can even just to see what's new and not necessarily buy anything. They always make me feel welcomed.

I was in the market for new pairs of trainers before the start of my Uni, and a pair of shoes caught my attention that lead me inside the store. I was welcomed and greeted by a true gentleman named Bradley. He showed me around some of the newest and latest trainers they had in stock. Initially, I came in only for one particular pair but ended up leaving two pairs, as I was soo thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service and the sheer knowledge that Bradley possesses when it comes to trainers. The pair which he recommended me has gotten soo much attention and compliments off my family and mates, and this shows that the level that the staff is dedicated to help their customers out when it comes to asking for their advice and opinion.. I definitely will be coming back for new pairs later on. I hope Size? gets to see this review and appreciate and reward their dedicated employees for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction

When they went to "check" for the sizes, the door was still slightly open so I could see inside. One of the workers PURPOSELY damaged the shoe box with a key he had taken from his right pocket. No clue why he did that but I won't be coming back.
