   I booked a full arms and underarms wax, and firstly I was very shocked that there was no prep or talcum powder used on my underarms before she began waxing; the lady doing the waxing just went straight in there which had left my underarms really painful all day. I regularly get my underarms waxed and have never had this issue previously as the beautician has always prepped the area to be waxed beforehand. I am always up for trying new places so I thought why not try cosmetology as it’s local to me and the prices are very reasonable. (It’s my first time visiting), however, I am safe to say I will not be returning after today’s experience. Not to mention her demeanour was quite rude and I guess throughout the whole appointment I felt quite uncomfortable because she made no conversation whatsoever and it felt kind of awkward. I was also charged £1 extra than what the Fresha app said I would be charged (I must admit I should’ve double checked this and then this could’ve been rectified there and then) the app told me it was £17 in total (I had not paid a deposit) but I was charged £18.00. I know for sure the extra £1 couldn’t have been for the customer service as there was absolutely none from her the whole time I was there. The extra £1 isn’t a major deal to me but I think little discrepancies like that really don’t end a treatment session very well considering how awful the waxing was in the first place.

   I often go to this hair salon. The lady who does my hair is very helpful and explains everything to me if I'm not sure about my hair. She always advised me of what is best for my hair cut. I've been to other hairdresser in the past. But I keep going back to this one. I have to say that this hairdressers has to be my favourite one

   amazing! made the mistake of cutting my hair my self at the start of quarantine and it turned out horrible but i got saved by cosmetology, during this difficult corona virus time they were very clean, they opened on a sunday which they don't normally do to fit me in, they are very friendly and talkative with you! very careful and always bear in mind what you want! thank you cosmetology for this wonderful experience!
