I've visited Jordanlea Hairdressers in Heald Green twice now—once as a same-day booking and once as a walk-in. Both experiences were excellent thanks to the friendly, professional, and accommodating team. On my second visit, I had the pleasure of being looked after by Charie, who was absolutely magnificent. Her hairstyling skills are invaluable, and she created a flawless look for me. She was also wonderfully supportive, offering fantastic recommendations for my hair care routine. The atmosphere is lovely, and the service is consistently great. I highly recommend Jordanlea, especially if you can book with Charie!

Another fantastic wash, blow and cut here. My appointment was with Rebecca, who has been great since my first appointment. I initially went in a few months ago due to having hair that is really difficult to manage. After a restyle and trim, it was like completely new hair!! I've then gone almost weekly and had it washed, blown, and straightened by Rebecca when I'm going out. This is because she does such a good job. She's been great answering any questions about how to handle my hair because I've been trying to learn how to style my hair myself at home. It is far more manageable since the restyle, but I am still learning due to changes after medical adjustments and the menopause. Rebecca has given me advice and checks in with how I'm managing it as I have some mobility issues and struggle with dexterity. I can't speak highly enough of this salon and Rebecca. I even realised I had two appointments in the same week as my cut was booked in advance. I sent an email as they were shut asking to move it all to the one appointment, not expecting a response until they were open the next day. However, a member of staff called Heidi rang me and sorted it as she was in the salon doing stock checks. I thought that was really good and showed how efficient they are. It meant I could sort everything in one appointment, and they had availability for another customer in the other slot. I have found them very polite, professional, and friendly, all mucking in and helping each other, which I like. It has a nice atmosphere.
