   A few months ago I had a wash, cut and dry here (I had a junior stylist), the service was nice and very welcoming until near the end of my hair cut I asked the stylist if she was finished as she hadn't cut any layers and was now finishing blow-drying my hair. She then tried to gaslight me saying that they would bounce out in a while and that I had to wait, she also told me that she was off work in 15 minutes so it would be difficult for her to do anything else. She then said, "you don't look happy about this" which I replied with a unsure "no" as a answer as I couldn't see the back of my head where the supposed layers were. The first two is my hair after a week or so after the haircut, the second two are the photos I showed the lady, mind you I asked for the third photo but a bit longer as I didn't want to cut alot of hair off. Overall I would not exactly recommend letting some of the junior stylist cut your hair, not because of the their personality but their skill is definitely not up to par, which I fully understand as they are learning but they seem not to know how to do some techniques and they should have told me so that I could maybe have been transferred to another stylist.

   Amazing service and staff are so lovely and polite and will 100% be going back and my stylist was amazing to talk to and she really understood what I wanted doing to my hair and went completed I could. It be happy, I would 100% recommend ☺️

   Good salon and good colouring / haircut. Although some staff could benefit from being a little bit more professional (especially the junior staff)! However, Elaine is lovely and the best stylist there.

   I had my hair done by Caitlin last week and I am very much in love with the colour and cut! My hair needed a complete reset and in what was a very lengthy process (a long 6 hours for Caitlin!) my hair looks and feels incredible.

   Best salon have ever been to. I was upset to see the last review as I was in the salon when this lady was upset. In my opinion, Hayley was most courteous and professional and asked this lady to leave after being very abusive and everyone in the salon at the time was very uncomfortable. Having been a customer since this salon opened, I can sincerely recommend all of the stylists to do a first class job, and all of the staff to make you feel welcomed and pampered. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

   Absolutely amazing hairdressers, I have been coming here for as long as I can remember and the service the team provide is out of this world . From accommodating appointments to incredible hair care. Every time I visit I always am given the best 5 star service and I have never once felt disappointed. I used to visit the Alty clinic but now I go to Urmston and they are both just as amazing as each other and that goes for the staff too . I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair .

   I was greeted warmly and had a lovely flat white on arrival and the salon has a lovely, friendly atmosphere. Des listened to what I wanted and made me feel really comfortable. I was on a bit of a tight schedule but I left feeling great! Love my haircut, I would recommend and will be back. Also very reasonably priced. Very happy!

   I am over the moon with my Great Lengths Keratin Bond Extensions that were fitted by the very talented Salon Manager Kirsty. I felt instantly welcomed by the friendly salon staff and Salon Owner Caroline, who offered and brought me a glass of prosecco - which is a lovely added touch. The salon is modern, clean and upbeat. The service from start to finish was second to non and I left a very happy customer, excited about my new long, thick, shiny hair! Thank you to House of Finesse! I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning for all of my hair needs.
