   So happy with my hair. They gave me a last minute appointment and Gaynor did a fantastic job of styling my hair from long to shoulder length, with layers. After showing a picture of what I had in mind. She gave me lots of tips for styling myself. Gaynor was such a lovely friendly person, I don't get my hair cut very often but I will definitely go back! Thank you xx

   I am not satisfied with the service provided. The prices are rather expensive, so I would have expected better outcomes. My appointment was booked at 5pm with Gaynor, and it was busy so I waited over one hour. I had my highlights done- roots. I asked specifically for light shades not yellowish: ended up with yellowish blonde and not really well done. I left the salon after 9pm- so spent over 4hours and the service provided did not meet my expectations. I read few lovely reviews, so I thought it was worth trying. Unfortunately I can't recommend it.

   Gaynor did an amazing job on my hair and i got lots of compliments ;) would definitely go back, had a lengthy consultation ad did not feel rushed at any time. I went back 2 days later to have a facial and nails from A ngela, again amazing service and will be back and will 100% reccomend xx thanyou very much for making it a stress free!! And a enjoyable experience xxx

   I had my hair dyed today by Sam and what I asked for I certainly got. My hair looks and feels amazing, she has really transformed my hair from being dull, multicoloured (in the wrong way) to being fuller, lighter and smoother, my colour now is amazing and that was done in one session which surprised me as the state of my hair I really thought it would need more help. I am extremely pleased with my hair and I will be returning, I've also had my young daughters hair cut here too and that also turned out lovely. Highly recommended place, you get the quality for such a good price and in my personal opinion after trying multiple places around Swinton this is the BEST place by far.
