Fantastic experience, first time in a hair salon in years and was worth every penny. Natasha was very welcoming and friendly felt very much at home. Natasha talked me through different options and what she thinks would be best for my hair, end result was unreal. Found my new hairdressers ❤️ Thankyou again for beautiful hair and for looking after me during my hair appointment very happy customer.
Awful, booked in with sasha and showed her what I was wanting and she had made my hair too dark and when I had said this she then re bleached over what she just dyed brown- my hair was blonde bfe so it was already bleached then she dyed it brown and relised it was wrong so re bleached it leaving my hair really damaged and in a horrible state and look, it’s so many different colours and will cost me a lot to fix her mistakes. She keeps claiming that I’ve been somewhere else to have my hair done however I have time stamps and location stamps and even after I’ve gone to a consultation one days later the damage she has has caused no one will touch it but I have time stamps of this this is definitely done by Sasha and it’s not a false review. However I have my life 360 to prove I went straight home after the hair salon and didn’t leave till the nest day and a the picture was taken 2 hours after she had done my hair. They have further blocked me on every social media platform. So unprofessional!
I booked in with Natasha for my first time getting my extensions refitted and can say how lovely and welcoming herself and the rest of the girls are! Felt so comfortable being there and having my hair done by her. Natasha is so so talented and can hardly feel like i have 3 rows of wefts in! Lovely atmosphere xxx
Had my hair extensions and colour done here and would recommend to everyone! The girls were all so friendly and chatty, really accommodating. They’ve given me my dream hair I couldn’t be happier. Lovely salon too, amazing quality!
I have been going to Gab for over 5 years now and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do my hair extensions, the hair always lasts me at least a year and no one can ever tell I have hair extensions in. I also have my colour done here which is always perfectly done as well. Everyone who works there is lovely and incredibly welcoming. I can not recommend this salon enough.
Debbie was absolutely fantastic doing my colour and cut today. She is very friendly, a swift and professional worker who made me feel very relaxed. I'm very pleased with my hair and will definitely return.
Booked to have lashes done for my wedding 1 week before it. The appointment was 3 days before my wedding. Had a hair appointment in town booked the same day and it only gave me 45 minutes to make it back to Sale for my lash appointment. I was worried I would be late for the tech so I called into the salon in person 2 days before the appointment to let them know that worst case I will be 10 minutes late. I appreciate everyone time and never want to waste someones time. The lady made a note of this and told me I would be the last client of the day a the tech was leaving on a flight after work. Ok no problem, all was good! Fast forward to the day of. Im on the tram heading to my hair appointment when I get a call from my dad saying the lash tech called the house phone to cancel my appointment as she's leaving on a flight. I was so upset because she gave me 3 hours notice after I was so worried about being 10 minutes late for her. I booked the appointment a week ago, how did she or her colleague not know she was not going to be there at all?? why was she accepting appointments at all i she was leaving on a flight?? It caused so much stress trying to book another appointment before flying out for my wedding. Would have given 0 stars if possible, so unprofessional and unreliable.
