   After worrying about the state of my thinning hair over the past 18 months due to stress / underactive thyroid and menopause I took the dreaded plunge to get a cut and blow !! I shouldn't have waited so long in my misery and depression my experience today was second to non !! xxx My haircut has made me feel happy/ confident again ! Mainly due to the genuinely lovely service provided here and the fact I wasn't made to feel awkward in any way at all ! ! I cant thank the super girl Molly !! enough she is bright ,chatty, funny ,but overall made me feel normal again !!! I will definitely be returning !!    I’ve been going to Laura’s for a few years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else, she is very accommodating with her appointments to fit you in to suit you, excellent hairdresser with incredible skills, very honest when it comes to advice and suggests something suitable that you haven’t thought of. The finish product of that colour/cut is just what you want. Prices are kept reasonable and affordable. All the staff are very friendly. It’s a gem of a place.

   I have been using Laura Caroline hairdressers for 20 years since they opened and truly pleased with the standard of service received! The team have helped and supported me through an extremely difficult time of my life after being diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I knew my hair would fall out and was devastated but Laura and Hayley both helped me mentally and emotionally! Losing your hair is one of the worse stages at the beginning of treatment. You lose your confidence, your dignity and your self esteem but the team were part of my life saving treatment as they gave me positivity to face people at all times! They cut my hair in stages until it was shaved and designed all my wigs and we named them all. Laura has worked extremely hard at building her business from the beginning and has a great friendly team working for her and yes, plenty of regulars. Regulars only become regulars if they are treated well and must have been new customers at some stage so not quite sure about a previous review I have read. If they treated every new customer badly why would they become regulars? Since opening up again the team have put so much effort into building up the business and working until the early hours of the morning making sure it is safe! I am extremely impressed at their measures maintaining a safe environment for both customers and staff ! At difficult times like this if you are unhappy with a service why not speak to them at the time so they can rectify it rather than put such a bad review which can be detrimental to businesses who are trying their best to keep their businesses going to put food on their children's plates! Laura,Hayley I wanted to thank you both for being such a big part of my journey and recovery and to those reading please do not be put off going to Laura Carolines! They are brilliant stylists with hearts of gold and deserve to be busy♥️
