After moving to Hale over a year ago now, I had put off trying to find a new hairdresser as finding one you can really trust is hard. So when I discovered The Knot on Instagram, I was comforted by their customer-first philosophy and the emphasis placed on an individual and tailored experience. My actual experience in the salon matched and exceeded my expectations! I was offered a drink on arrival and was given a beautifully presented mint tea with my favourite biscoff biscuits. I was lucky enough to have an appointment with salon owner David who made me feel comfortable right from the start and was so accommodating to my needs. He was so personable and kind, I really enjoyed our conversation, so much so I forgot I was having my hair done! The end result was nothing short of perfect and exactly what I had asked for. I feel so much more confident in myself and I am extremely grateful to David. He is an exceptional stylist and I will absolutely be returning and recommending the salon to others, including my mum who has just moved here and is looking for a new trusted hairdresser! Just been for my first appointment and love the colour and cut it’s exactly what I asked for. The salons really nice. And I got 30% off for being a new customer.
I was a bit nervous as this was my first visit... The friendly staff put me at ease immediately and most importantly listened to what I wanted. My stylist explained what he would be doing and delivered the hairstyle I wanted perfectly. I highly recommend this salon and I shall be back for a trim in the new year... many thanks
I’ve been getting my hair cut at the Knot since it opened and I can’t sing their praises enough. Every time I visit I receive a brilliant experience. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and make sure you are always looked after. I have my hair cut by Dave. He really takes the time to understand your hair and what you want from your cut and I’ve never had a bad experience with him, always faultless (although he always makes sure to tell me he’s happy to make amendments if I go home and it’s not quite right). It’s little things like this that add up to make the Knot a brilliant experience. I recommend the salon to anyone I know who’s looking for a new hairdresser. 10/10 every time. I can’t recommend the salon enough
