Excellent service from the (female, older) sales assistant while shopping for a pair of winter boots: professional, helpful and friendly.
Called in for slippers today, but just wanted to say how nice the lady working there was, polite and kind to all the customers.
We walked in yesterday around 12 ish and was 'greeted' really loud with, 'you alright there ladies'. Two things, one I have social anxiety, and two, I don't appreciate being called lady. The person with me said she felt watched so left without shoes, even though she wanted some.
Hi, I’m just putting an honest feedback that be careful while paying through your card as their system is outdated and doesn’t complete transaction resulting into you end up paying twice or get amount blocked on your card. Unfortunately, they can’t resolve on counter. They don’t even have courtesy to honour customers request to generate two invoice. So 5£ off is just carrot’s. Not staff fault though, not worth visiting again.
It's true buy cheap buy twice. These are the result of 2 weeks school so 10 days worth. Returned them to be told by staff I am a complete liar. It was never about the 20 quid just wanted something half decent. Staff are shocking and these shoes have litraly crumbled to bits
