   After many years absence, I reacquainted myself with Kevin Colby Hairdressing yesterday. Kevin is still the best hairdresser I’ve known. My hair has been badly in need of a good cut for a while, and Kevin did a brilliant job. He spent a lot of time on the initial analysis Consultation, and then the cut, showing me how the best cut for me could be achieved. Kevin also advised on colouring techniques and advised on follow up haircare, looking ahead, not just yesterday. Result? I am well pleased with my haircut, totally different from my “walk in” appearance, but I allowed Kevin a free rein, and he didn’t disappoint. The final appraisal? My daughter, my biggest critic, loves it. Thankyou Kevin and Kanye, you’ve lifted my hair and my self esteem. See you again……..

   I have been going to Kevin for some time now. I have curly hair and Kevin is an amazing stylist. He really knows how to style curly hair and I have never come away disappointed. If you want someone who not only gives a good cut but also gives advice on how to look after your hair I would recommend Kevin - and his prices are very reasonable too!!

   I discovered Kevin via a friend last October and am very impressed by his skill and knowledge. At other salons, I'd think I'd had a good cut but the effect was due to the finish and disappeared after a week or so. The style was always the same! Kevin listens and responds to my wishes but also has ideas that suit me - I'm looking forward to some great styles. My hair looks good not only on the day it's cut but stays that way until my next visit. Kevin and Kanya make me welcome and I know my hair is in safe hands. Thanks to you both

   My mum has been going to Kevin now for a short while and what she loves about him is the progress Kevin genuinely cares about your hair and what you want he has worked so hard with my mums hair it is now looking thicker and healthier than it ever has before. His advice is superb and he will tell you if he thinks it’s not a good idea. True professional and Kanya is just delightful always smiling always so pleasant to sit and speak with. I would 110% recommend him to anyone he is fantastic

   In the past I have had my hair cut from many different barbers , nobody compares to Kevin! He spends quality time on you as a client and study’s your hair , I have never felt more confident in a barber/hairdresser, he gives me guidance and advice on what’s best for me and my style . 10/10 service. Really knowledgeable and is always cut to perfection. Recommend 100%

   I recently bought a very expensive hairpiece. This needed very carefully styling. I went to Kevin Colby hairdressing, and WOW what fantastic job he did cutting and styling it. If you buy a hairpiece or wig, I highly recommend going to Kevin. I will be from now on.

   As someone who’s fashion and tastes differ to that of the norm I had struggled for years to find a hairdresser who truly “gets me” until I met Kevin. After viewing his website I knew this would be a great fit for me and he certainly is. I’ve been a client of Kevin’s for 6 months now and I would not trust anyone else with my hair. He listens to what I want to achieve and sets out a clear path to achieve it. I can throw any curve ball at him for something different I want to try and he’ll adapt with professionalism and excitement. It feels less like a hairdresser/client relationship and more like a partnership in style. I recently introduced my mum to him and he’s worked miracles for her too. I cannot recommend Kevin and the gorgeous Kanya enough, I’m blessed to have found this salon so close to home.

He is very professional and takes pride in his work, always taking time to discuss what his client really wants and also offers his suggestions to further improve the quality of the hair and of course the style to suit the person.
