I have visited this salon for over 20 years and I have always left with the most amazing hair cut and style. The stylists are fantastic and always provide me with some top-tips to keep my hair looking amazing between appointments. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
In my opinion this salon has lost its magic. You used to come away with an amazing cut that friends would ask where you’d had it done because it was just so good. Now, I come away thinking why have I bothered. You can take in photos but they don’t bother cutting your hair as you request. I’ve ended up on several occasions with a hairstyle that is just a bit meh, or cut much shorter than it should have been, meaning I have to grow it back again (huge pet hate of mine). The prices are the most expensive in the city, so you expect an incredible haircut. I come away feeling a bit ripped off to be honest and have decided I’m no longer going to visit. Fed up of paying really high prices for mediocre haircuts. The staff are lovely and friendly - I can’t fault that, but the hair cutting and end results just aren’t great. Think some retraining is required for all staff.
I simply have the best hairdresser! Richard has been my hairdresser for a year now and he is just fabulous! I have gorgeous hair extensions, which he installs and maintains brilliantly, and he cuts and blow dries hair to perfection. All the staff at Sassoon are friendly, helpful, exceptionally professional and super lovely! My only complaint is that Richard refuses to live with me so I never have to blow dry my own hair! :)
Warm and friendly environment, very relaxed vibe with fantastic standards. Always happy with my colour and staff always remember you from previous visits -taking extra time to come over and see how you are. I really rate and recommend this salon. 5* +
