Really happy with my cut and blow-dry! The hairdresser was super friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away. They listened to what I wanted, gave a few great suggestions, and totally nailed the look. My hair feels so much lighter and looks amazing. Left the salon feeling fab. Definitely coming back!
A phone consultation was made over the phone and we was notified that there's 3 people who are currently cutting hair in the salon. who all have different prices due to individual experience we was asked who we wanted the appointment with obviously we chose the most experienced hairdresser out of the 3 and was booked and confirmed with her too. as my mum has very brittle hair and hasn't gone to a salon for years trying to regrow and rejuvenate her hair,understandably she was anxious as it was her first time visiting this salon. After her hair was washed my mum wanted to re-confirm that the person the booking was with was the one that's actually going to cut her hair as she didn't know who was who. One of the ladies then confirmed that the experienced hair dresser who she was booked in with wasn't even there and was away and tried to challenge my mum that the girl who had washed her hair was qualified and experienced just as much and mentioned that she was her neice. My mum had no choice but to take her word for it. She had a wet cut. First of all they mislead her by booking her with the most experienced one there and failed to tell her when she arrived that she wasn't even there for her booking, when she challenged it they confidently said the girl who had started the treatment was experienced enough so mum took their word for it as she didn't want to be rude and went ahead with the cut. Unfortunately it seemed that the girl who did cut it was not experienced enough as she had ruined her cut at the back which was supposed to be a v cut and feathers at the front were a mess too. Although they were polite they wernt honest about it they never notified her until she asked herself about the experienced hairdresser that was supposed to be there to cut. She is so disappointed as she waited so long to receive a professional cut. Why book your client in with someone that's not even going to be there. It seems they are just using there newly qualified hairdressers to trial and error on people's hair without telling them. If my mum wanted someone who was still learning she would have picked her in the initial booking but she wanted a perfect job done by a experienced professional hairdresser as it takes years for her hair to grow as it's not very long and quite thin and now it's ruined luckily me as her daughter has managed to salvage the mess that was made with her hair. Please be aware wouldn't want someone else's hair to get ruined simply because they couldn't be bothered to be honest and tell her the truth about the compentacy of the girl who ended up cutting her hair. It's not the end of the world however think it's so unprofessional what they did. If they had just been honest maybe she wouldn't have even got it done as its not what she asked for. See the pics for yourself the first is the one that was cut by their so called experienced hair dresser and second is what I salvaged.not to mention she even gave a small tip but when she got home is when we realised the actually mess that was made of her hair!
This is a modern, friendly and professional salon and as the name suggested is well established and is easily accessible by all modes of transport as it is situated on the main road. Stylists Kelly and Sammy are very professional and their warm friendly and cheerful personalities always make your visit a pleasant trip not only does your hair look fantastic you also leave feeling welcomed and well looked after. Excellent service, advice, knowledge and client interaction. 5 star service all the way. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ✂️

Absolutly fantastic here had my hair done a few places and established hair are the only ones who have cut it the way i like it Very warm and welcoming staff on arrival great banter would highly recomend 5 star all day long
