Have recently switched to this salon and am really glad I did. Shannon is always friendly & welcoming and has got to know my hair really quickly. Great prices, always on time. She's great with my granddaughters too. Can highly recommend
I'm lucky to have a stylist that goes above and beyond for her clients. Nothing is to much trouble for Sophie, who makes you feel amazing with every appointment. It's sad to see her in my opinion... Constantly alone & continues to go above and beyond working hours to suit her clients. The place would close down without her. She's definitely the main asset there that doesn't get the recognition she deserves.
Frankly some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, an absolute joke to be honest. Booked 4 weeks ago for an appointment in 3 weeks, cancelled the day before due to the stylist being sick, was rebooked for a week later. This was then cancelled on the day a few hours before due to the stylist still not being back from sickness. I was then told as soon as she was back that I would receive a call to rearrange. Although disappointed I do understand sickness cannot be avoided. Over a week goes by with no call, so I call them myself to be told they didn’t know to call me and they now have no appointments available within the next week (before I go on holiday). So although I booked an appointment 5 weeks in advance, I am still left with an appointment before I go away. Although apologetic no resolution was made and was simply told they didn’t know to call me and if they had of known they would have fit me in this week. Which obviously did not make me feel any better about the situation. So not only has this been a massive waste of my time, I feel the piss has been taken and it is going to be almost impossible to get someone to do my hair and patch test before I go away. On the one occasion I had been before I had been happy with my hair, I did feel it was unprofessional however with my stylist was on the phone talking to her husband and farther half the time.
I could not recommend this salon enough! From the minute you walk in the girls are so lovely and welcoming. I Could never trust another person with my hair again. Sophie is the most amazing hairdresser, truly is one in a million. For someone who changes her mind every month on what colour i want, the style she always makes my hair look amazing! Whenever i need my hair putting up for an event both pf the girls have always made me look and feel incredible! My whole family now have sophie do their hair even my 2 year old boy. My hair fairy❤️
I don't often leave reviews, but after visiting Visions Hair Studio, I just needed to let everybody know what a beautiful little gem this salon is. From walking through the door, to the finish of my cut... the whole experience is the best. Shannon and Sophie are so welcoming, listen to what you say, but will also offer their thoughts on what's best. You really are made to feel like a member of the 'Visions' family. I truly love my visits here and can honestly say I'm never disappointed. Thank you.
Found this little gem in lockdown and would never let anyone else touch my hair again! Sophie is incredible, so friendly and welcoming and my hair has never been in better condition. Came in yesterday for a balayage and am blown away by the colour and style. Thanks so much!!

I got my hair done here yesturday and oh my word, it is the best hair I've had in such a long time!!! My hair was red and horribly damaged, I wanted to go blonde and short and they honestly performed a miracle! My hair transformation is on their Facebook page, its stunning! Already booked in for 6 weeks time cause I am so genuinely impressed! Thank you Sophie and Shannon ❤❤❤
