   Been visiting the salon ever since it opened and have always had a great experience. Karen and her excellent team are all highly professional and courteous. They won't just do what you want without full professional opinion on it being the right thing for your hair. Don't expect to get an appointment at the last minute as they are always fully booked - that's testament to just how good they are!

   Unfortunately I didn’t have the chance to use the full service as after I left my hair sample the lady didn’t call me… No update, no information, silence… I am disappointed with such unprofessional service and lack of manners… I was so pleased after I read reviews regarding this place but now i need to find a better one…

   Been going to Splendore for many years now - I am a nightmare customer - hate sitting in the chair, previous purple shampoo addict, very specific about my cut and want to change colour every 5 minutes! However Karen still manages to do a great job keeping my hair looking good- best cutter ever and always have a good laugh too!

   Always friendly and professional service. The ladies at Splendore do mine, my children’s and my mums hair. They are especially good with my elderly grandmother who has Alzheimer’s. Their years of experience can span the generations to tailor to what you want. I’m always happy when I leave the salon.
