   I'm only really giving this 2 stars as the clothes are nice and unusual, the young girl who was working was nice and helped me but the manager is rude with no customer care whatsoever as I approached her she was on the phone (not with a customer) and ignored me and continued to ignore me when she came off the phone and then spoke to me with attitude I won't be shopping here anytime soon

   What has happened to this shop?I have purchased lots in the past but couldn’t believe my eyes when I visited recently. The shop was dark and looked like a jumble sale. Nothing worth buying. Hadn’t even got a pair of linen trousers in stock. Looks like it’s about to close down.

   The customer service based upon my review of the Ginger Tree boutique matched the top quality garments I've seen for myself today , such a great variety to suit all , wonderful colour ranges and very reasonably priced given all garments are hand made in Italy, today I brought some black linen Dungarees in prep for our family holiday and I'm delighted with how well they fit and look on the eye. So Ginger Tree Highly recommended and Too Good To Resist I cannot wait to buy more items to compliment my wardrobe very soon. Thankyou so much Ginger Tree Team.

   Terrible service, refund policy was ridiculous during covid. Could not find a shop open as most were shut down in areas i knew off. I will never shop there again. Go to wellsbourne market for exactly the same items and brand but cheaper.
