    Popped in on the off chance for an appointment and was warmly welcomed by Laura and the team. Made a drink and invited to relax with magazine whilst a stylist was available. Laura had great ideas and enthusiasm for the cut and was inquisitive about my motives and very experienced in understanding if a customer is acting on a whim or in control of their decision. BRILLIANT choppy cut which has been easy to manage since. Warm and friendly service. Able to pay by card. Easy to park and central location. Could not recommend more highly!
