Lovely handy store in Merry Hill shopping centre with smart, friendly and really helpful staff. Makes a trip there worth it every time.
Absolutely Disgraceful, I came in on Sunday specifically for the Thompson Fleece which you keep TONNES of in stock, I asked the store assistants at the counter if they could check for a specific size as all the colors and sizes where mixed in together, the Young Ladies attitude was appalling as i was met with a extremely frosty NO. At this point i just wanted to leave so i put my goods on the counter and she asked if i would like a bag, to which i said yes, She then asked me again 10 seconds later which i said yes to again and with a face like thunder she said "i just stopped listening after asking the question." Absolute Joke when i came to service, I think well go Mountain Warehouse next time
Had a great experience and got lots of good deals of the sales. Nash was especially helpful, guided us through the equipment and wouldn’t let us lift a finger he was brilliant, will be using again for the rest of my outdoor equipment.
Regatta clothing is great and the fleece tops do a brilliant job keeping you warm when needed. Sadly however they no longer stock 3XL as standard so larger build men can't buy in store. Come in Regatta do something about it!

Didn't have what we wanted in the right size. Didn't offer to order in-store. Ordered online but size was ridiculously small so had to return it.
The two ladies in the shop are really, really helpful, tried on a few winter coats and decided on one they hadn’t got in my size, so they ordered one for me, it arrived the following week. Shall definitely be going back
Went in to buy a waterproof jacket and as usual they have a very good range. Nice helpful staff and at the time I went it was not too busy. Some items were on sale and I was very pleased with my purchase. Over the years this has been our first port of call and for anyone with the outdoors in mind well worth a visit.
