Already had an outfit but needed hat, bag and shoes to go with it. Took my outfit with me, I found shoes that went with the outfit that also fit my wide foot, it had a lovely matching clutch bag so that was nice and easy. Just the hatinator then to go. I put my outfit and shoes on, explained that I didn’t want anything too big and was brought across a couple that she thought suited my outfit and style I asked for. Found the perfect one. There was no pushy sales at all during my time there. Recommend this shop to anyone.
After searching the whole of England for this particular dress, my size, this colour, I found it at Hayward's 10 miles from home! Angie was just fantastic! There was no pushy sales pitch just nice chat about everyday life. Together with the fascinator that Angie made for me I felt a million dollars as MOB! Thank you so much xx
Wedding number one. Purchased my dress elsewhere but got my hat from Haywards. Most amazing service received in helping me match the hat to the dress. Highly recommend using Haywards. Wedding number two. All of my outfit was purchased at Haywards. Angie certainly helped me chose the right dress and hat and I felt a million dollars. My Mom brought her mother of the bride from Haywards today and the service was fantastic. Angie was brilliant, no pushy sales pitch and wanted to make sure my Mom looked perfect. I had my 19 month old with me and unlike other shops we've been to this was no issue and Angie made us feel very relaxed. Highly recommend
Wow wow wow. Phoned to make appointment and the owner phoned back. Appointment made. 10th jan cold and wet but we made it. Rang the bell to be greeted by the lovely angie...and a very warm welcome it was too. The dress i had in mind had just come in and it hung right infront of me....strange. dress was tried on and not only did it look nice it felt it too. Then on to the hat which was matched perfectly. All outfit purchased and one happy customer. Thank you angie for not just an outfit but for the personal touch x highly recommend xxx

Amazing shop and a wonderful owner. On my first visit I didn't make a purchase, I couldn't make up my mind. Returned 2 days later and finally bought an amazing outfit with matching hat. Excellent customer service at the shop. For any special occasion event I'm attending in the future, this shop will be the first place I start searching for an outfit.
Had such a lovely experience this morning looking for a mother of the bride dress for my mother. She was extremely nervous & stressed as she’s not one for clothes shopping; it is also only 4 weeks till the wedding day so she was also worried she wouldn’t get anything in time. When we got there there was so much choice of colour, size & style options with a beautiful array of hats & fascinators too. The lady who helped us was so attentive & understand.
