   I had such a great experience at prom4less! I needed a formal evening dress QUICKLY for a family wedding which I had put off buying until the last minute. I called Prom4Less first thing in the morning to check if I needed an appointment and whether they sold dresses directly; the girl on the phone was friendly and polite, answering my questions and letting me know that they had a selection of dresses to buy directly and that I could come in that day (no appointment required). When I arrived, the same warm welcome continued. All of the girls were lovely, polite, and approachable. I was shown the dresses available to buy straight away, and when I couldn’t quite find the exact style or size I wanted, the girls went out of their way to look out back and find me alternative options. I also really appreciated their feedback when I tried on the dresses; it felt genuine rather than them trying to force a sale. Overall, a brilliant experience. I thought finding a dress was going to be such a headache, but I found the perfect one in less than an hour! 100% recommend :) P.S. I mentioned to the assistant who helped me that I’d used ChatGPT to do my own colour analysis.    My daughter who is a size 10/12 was disheartened looking for a prom dress after going to another establishment with mostly size 0 to 8 or 16/18, but we tried Prom4less in West Brom and we were looked after by Angel who was amazing and put us at ease making the whole experience fun and exciting. My daughter found her dress and I had a very pleasant surprise at the price. Thanks Angel and team.

   We went in to look for bring sister’s bridal dress and the lady didn’t even bother let us in. It was quiet rude of her to ask at the door what we were looking for! Then she said just stand on one side and wouldn’t let us browse around. So glad we found our wedding dress at David’s bridal where we felt welcomed and the service was amazing! Wouldn’t recommend this place at all!

   Honestly amazing, to say it was last minute well worth the 30 minute drive. Got my prom dress straight away and the staff were amazing and so helpful. I’m insecure about everything but they made me feel so comfortable with trying on dresses and didn’t make me feel pressured at all. 10/10 recommend
