   Waited 40mins to be served only to be told a man was going to be served before me. I understand there might be circumstances that might require this. But the customer entered the shop 5 minutes after me. So I waited 35 minute pointlessly. I should have been told then that he was being served before me. So I could make the decision to stay or not and not waste my time.

   Don’t even deserve 1 star. Absolutely rude and arrogant staff. Literally said to me “I don’t give a shit” I waited to get served for about 20mins and one of their barbers called me over to take a seat and then he disappeared for good 10 mins whilst I was on the seat In this time, the 2nd barber became free and another waiting customer who came into the shop after me starts getting a haircut and I said to this barber, I came before this customer to which he replied to me very rudely and with full arrogance. The least you can do is respect your customers and treat them fairly. Don’t deserve to be working at all in Handforth.

   My son was happy with his hair cut/and has some minimal extra facial hair / long sideburns And we just asked to trim the sideburns down -they clipped his minimal facial hair but then added on £10 for the 30 second add on- which I take as a dishonest practice / if they were upfront I would have just done it at home!

   The worst barber shop in entire Handforth. These guys pretend to be extremely sweet to customers however they dont know their job properly. After explaining (about what I need) couple of times he did what I never asked to do. Although i showed him a picture too. While cutting my hair he jumped on to the other customer and left me with a trainee guy who's there (every day) to see them cutting hair. So that guy is basically a helper not barber yet. When I asked the main guy (who initially started my job ) why you didn't finish the job rather jumping on to the other customer, so he replied, he had time booked with other guy. For me, it was wrong to jumping on a different customer wile leaving the job unfinished. Also, they smoke rolling cigarettes in their small brakes (which is nothing wrong) but they should wash their hands after having cigg smoked. I had that unpleasant smell while they were trimming my beard and mustasch. Disgusting practise! Never going back again.

   I've been in a few times in the past and it has been an ok hair cut. I went in this morning and one of the barbers absolutely ruined my hair, to the point I'm going to have to either cut it all off or let it grow for another 6 months. He did a very good job of hiding it as I didn't notice until I got home and out the shower. I will definitely not be going again and I would highly recommend you find a different barber!

   Don’t bother tell them how you want it because they won’t listen to you, they will do how they want and what they want. They made me look like a clown even though I show them the photo of what I want.

   I went and asked for 3 on sides and back with a taper fade, I come out of the shop with a little bit off the top not looking like I even got a haircut. So rude and took 5mins and asked after if I can get it shorter they say no. Also a rip off £27 pound for 2 people worst price and so unprofessional and all these comments are from people that they know so they look good. Don’t be fooled !

   usually go to Teds Grooming, get the same kind of treatment (hot towel) but better and cheaper for that matter. the head massage is definitely a nice touch too. super friendly guys, listened to what I wanted, gave their input as well. definitely found my new barber.

   Really wanted to share my experience here, I don’t often review but was really taken by the professionalism, work ethic, cleanliness, attention to detail which all in all provided, for me the best barber experience I have had to date. I actually feel like a new person, fresh and positive. I have no hesitation in recommending this barbers and confident in saying you will as I was be more than satisfied.
