    Traditional English pub located in the Chester Suburb of Handbridge (about a mile out of the City Centre) just behind The Victorian part of Overleigh Cemetery. Great old fashioned decor inside with a twist of a modern fast food menu akin to something like Five Guys.

    Nice little pub and the food was really nice. The sauce on the spicy chicken stack was really spicy and nice. It's probably the nicest sauce I have had to be fair. It was really busy when we went and quite loud so best to book a table in advance.

    I’m completely new to Handbridge checking out local pubs the red lion fell short of a local pub!! very Disgusting language at the bar over priced beer and generally dirty as a pub go’s! Next stop the Grosvenor looking very promising lovely friendly welcome and cheeped beer better value for money!

    Nice dog friendly pub. The staff are really friendly. A great place to watch the football. Great outdoor area with a huge TV for sport. Great atmosphere both day and night. Good bar selection. Great local pub.
