   New Management Rules They appear to charge customers arbitrarily, regardless of the prices still displayed on their own walls. I went in for a simple ear wax service expecting to pay £2, as clearly listed on the rate for nose and ear £4, but was charged £5 instead. When I questioned it, I was told the shop had spent £12,000 on renovations and needed to "recover" the cost. This is completely unacceptable. Misleading customers and inflating prices after the fact is not just bad business — it’s dishonest. If this is how they plan to recoup their investment, I won’t be returning, and I’d advise others to think twice before trusting them.

   Haircut and beard trim. Great service. Properly done. Barber used scissors competently and single blade razor too. Hot towel and steamer used for beard trim. These guys know what they’re doing. Not just a basic buzz.
