   Went to FM Branding (Kinver) a few years ago, to get an illustration printed on a t - shirt, the end result was less than desirable! The printed design had particles of dust and fluff all over it, their excuse - they had a new printing machine which they weren't familiar with..... Despite this I wasn't offered a refund for their 'handy work'. Rather stupidly, and hoping the first experience was a one off, I went to them again early this year to have an illustration and text printed on a cup (right-handed cup with illustration on the front, text on the back). They printed it the wrong way around and the text was mis-alligned. Will go somewhere else next time. Definitely a case of once bitten twice shy!
