I’ve been coming to this nail shop for many years and I LOVE it! Their service is the best and it’s excellent value for money. I’ll never use another nail shop!
I wouldnt trust anyone else to do my nails now! I do always stick with the same thing, but theyre so talented that one day, i might even treat myself to some seasonal / different styles!
I went in with 2 nails that had come off (the acrylic) and was stunned when I was charged for a brand new full set! No, he didn’t take off the other 8. Yes, he filed the 8 down but there was no dipping my finger nails in that solution thing that soaks them off. When I queried it, they ALL said I’d had all my nails off so it was me v 3 of them when they all knew full well I hadn’t had them all off! The whole paying part was very intimidating bc they all knew full well I had NOT had a brand new full set!! My advice? Avoid. It took over 75 mins for basically 2 new acrylic nails and 8 infills. I e been having my nails done every fortnight since 2014 and although this was my 3rd time at this place, it was definitely my last. Now I’m home, I can see the guy didn’t even file the ends down so the end of each nail feels like sandpaper - rough and not at all smooth, and it should be smooth!
This is the second time I have been here. Never again I’m afraid. The man how was doing my gel nails was really rude to me four times he made a comment to me about my nails when he was doing them. My nails were filed misshaped and gel not applied well. I could tell he was making comments to his colleagues. I just wanted a little pamper not made to feel uncomfortable. Customer service was not good and everyone looked miserable. I couldn't wait to get out of there.
super high standard, shaping is always accurate, understanding of costomers, longlasting nails. Obsessed!!!! And they are such wonderful, sweet and talented people!!!
Great nail salon! They are very efficient and always get my nails done in a good amount of time. Fantastic nail art, able to precisely replicate any design I show.
This establishment is let down by one male staff member who has an unhelpful way of communicating with customers. He is very surly and abrasive and could definitely benefit from customer service training! The other staff members are polite and helpful and he lets them down with his unfriendly communication style . He also appears to have a lack of interest in the quality of the work he produces or if the customer is satisfied with it.
Just Nails on Heaton Moor Road ran by Jenny is a really wonderful family salon. The standard of quality of the nails is fantastic and best place I've been to for that; they know what they're doing! I have been coming here for years. Jenny is also very welcoming, friendly and ready to laugh. Lovely place and lovely service!
