Cozy and welcoming restaurant with excellent service. The meals were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
Popped in on way back from Gresford and had a taste of the tapas. It was a nice change with friendly service. The tapas were relatively small but quite tasty. The pub has great wine tasting nights so that it is trying to be different.
We were on a visit to Chester yesterday and called to this pub for the first time. We were very impressed by how friendly the staff we're and the quality of the food. I believe the owners are Brazilian and have quite an varied menu which is very different from many of the pubs around. We ordered some drinks and was sat looking at the menu when one of the staff came over with some free tapas, which was delicious ☺️ I would definitely recommend a visit here. We will return again soon.
Fantastic local pub. We were staying just round the corner and stopped in with the kids on the way into Chester. We didn't leave. Made to feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Owner (Brazilian guy) is a brilliant host. The food was really tasty and very reasonably priced. We sat in the corner playing some of the many games provided and just had a great evening. Wish I had a local like this. I would recommended it to anyone.

Great Sunday Dinner next to an open fire with attentive staff. Also dogs welcome, lovely Sunday afternoon.
Booked in for Sunday Dinner at 130, Google opening times stated 12 so we went a little early but found it was closed. So we went to a neighbouring bar for a drink before returning at 145 .. we were greated by a very rude bar tender, she was almost so rude we thought she was joking saying "sorry we've given your dinners away" in a very ignorant tone. Granted we were late, and "giving our dinners away" is totally reasonable.. however the manner on which that message was delivered was unacceptable. Will never return
The staff in the pub are truly amazing. Drinks are nice and cheap and the food is also really good. The whole place is so so clean which helps. They are proper licensees.
