Ordered a 12” chicken and mushroom pizza,chips,sauce and 2 fudge cakes tonight for me and my partner waited nearly an hour and received somebody else’s order a tiny undercooked portion of onion rings,gravy and undercooked chicken pieces with a can of Rio not even similar to what I ordered
Horrible experience! Staff was rude to me and my friend, told us to get out when we asked to fix our wrong order, his words, "Get out I'm too busy to fix it". Blatantly rude and condescending guy, no respect for women. He thought he could get away with his misogynistic behaviour because we looked timid; didn't listen to what we wanted until other men stepped in. Do not recommend. Please girls, chose your safety and avoid this place and the aggressive staff that work here.
I had a very disappointing and unacceptable experience at Chester Shawarma. Last week, my friend and I ordered two shawarma wraps, but we were only given one wrap at first. When we pointed this out, the staff member was visibly unhappy and reluctantly gave us another wrap – but it was just plain chicken inside, with the salad separately in a container. We politely asked if the salad could be put inside the wrap, as that’s what we had paid for and expected. Instead of correcting the mistake, the staff became extremely rude, shouted at us, said he was too busy to fix it, told us to get out, and even called security on us – all because we wanted the proper order we had paid for. This is completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. We have been regular customers in the past, but after this experience, we will never return. Not only was the service hostile and rude, but it also felt dishonest, as though customers could easily be short-changed. I strongly advise others to avoid this place – the service is terrible, the staff are disrespectful, and the way they treat paying customers is shocking.
Vile. Schwarma had hard gristle in. Chips were brown and old looking and dry. And the fried chicken was a lump of disgusting grey mush. Pizza was burnt . Worst place I’ve ordered from in a long time
Very poor kebab cooked sliced and thrown in a heated pot to dry out very disappointed to part with my money for such poor quality the only positive is you cooked your chips to near on perfection.
Love the bbq chicken pizza there, it's amazing. Also it's a halal place so it's also good if you are a muslim.
Business to say the least the guys deliver good food, fast and friendly not much to say really except kebab good people good food
This is the second time I have received an order crushed and cold.
This place really disappointed me because the signage and interior looks quite nice but don’t be misled. I asked the guy at the counter what he recommended and he said the mixed kebab so I asked for that and before I even had time to finish the rest of my order, he very rudely told me to move and get out of the way for the next customer. Then further to my disappointment when I received my kebab and started eating it, it tasted like cardboard. This is a place I will be avoiding in future and I urge others to do the same. On the flip side, it’s open late and if you don’t care for food quality then you can get it delivered to avoid the unpleasant experience.
