After returning home and looking at the Price List I feel cheated, I was getting my nails done today. The price list on Facebook was from 28.01 and today I found out that the prices have changed. It's a bit strange because only 1.5 months after the new prices were given. For the service according to the old price list I should have got £40 and I was asked for the amount according to the new price list £55 where I had my nails done from the base, short and covered only with a top coat and counted as nail polish.l is max £45. Of course I paid, but I feel a bad taste and I think I should have been informed about the change in the price list before the visit, not after the service was performed. On the website beautifully done nails, but maybe I'm unlucky or too demanding. The shape is quite nice, but honestly for this amount somehow average, almost every nail is a different length. To response What is the price for mine? You used a nude builder gel and top coat. You counted it as short medium. I didn't have any nail polish on. According to the old price list I should have paid £38 and today you informed me that the prices had increased to £55 but you didn't have anything on your website. When we made an appointment I didn't expect that I would have to make sure about the prices that are given from 28.01.2025 and suddenly they changed today. You should have informed me today before the service that your price list is changing from today because you said so and showed it to me on the phone, but somehow the prices on your website haven't changed until now. To response Your answer is inadequate to the situation. I did not know that you change prices after less than two months from the date of posting on the website. You should have informed me today about the changes that you introduced today and showed me on your phone. Every stylist informs at least a month in advance about price changes, not after the service has been performed. As I wrote earlier, the price for the service is very poor.
I had my nails done today for the first time here. Absolutely brilliant service and experience. I didn’t feel rushed at all, was offered a drink and discussed what I wanted as I had no clue! Every detail was checked as we went along to make sure I was happy with the length, shape, etc. My hands were cleaned with a hot cloth afterwards, and cuticle oil and hand cream applied. I will be going back and would happily recommend to my friends.
Zivile is absolutely amazing! My pedicure was so good, serious attention to detail to sort my feet out. Advised me on best products for my feet. Definitely not your regular pedicure! Never go anywhere else! I’m very particular about my toe nails… i like them FULLY painted , cuticles sorted and nails short and Zivile did not fail. Seriously best looking feet ever! Highest recommendations!

Zivile is amazing! I visit her often as I love the way she works and I always leave super happy with my nails. She has quality products and is constantly updating her knowledge with courses and seminars. My nails are so long and healthy thanks to Zivile. She is the best!!!! Highly recommended!
