Didn’t event have intentions to buy trainers but came out with two pairs and a track suit excellent services by a young lad think his name was shabaaz customer service like that has my bank crying :)
First time shopping at footlocker Leeds last week , entered the shop unknowing what to get the kids for Christmas, a lovely young man called shabaz helped me straight away and told me what was in fashion now days for the kids. Excellent worker I must say especially during this time of the year. Footlocker is lucky to have him, I will be back!
Im not sure the name of the shop assistant who served me today but he was very helpful, very polite & i felt i needed to leave a review to give credit where its due. Keep up the great work especially at such a busy time of the year.
Terrible shop, if you actually want to buy some trainers go somewhere else. 10+ staff milling around more interested in flirting with each other than serving customers. After trying on a display shoe we asked for the other half of the pair, 15 minutes later still no shoes, spoke to one of the 10 staff who said they were yet to be picked, we gave up and walked out. Wouldn’t have minded so much if we were told there was a wait or if the shop was even busy! I can only recommend going somewhere else if you want to buy something.
I have a very large and oddly wide foot. And though they didn't have the stock to sell me what I was looking for, the staff suggested and tried many different combinations of footwear to find a shoe that worked for me. Instead of blowing me off like most footwear clerks are forced to do, they hustled back and forth into the stockroom maybe ten or so times before giving up. It was such a refreshing experience. To top off the excellent customer service, they then went down the list of local stores they thought might accommodate me. These folks are a class act and I can't recommend them enough. I wish I could have bought from them but instead all I could give them is a good review. Thanks guys!

Good selection with good price. They have so many options from kids to teens to adults. A specious shop where you can spend some time exploring what you like. Fab staff. They are nice and friendly. They have many brands and models included with a good price or discount. It is somewhere I would always go when I am checking any shoes to buy!!
I was served today at this branch of foot locker by a young lad. He has curly hair and looked Asian (just so you can identify him and make sure he’s recognised for his excellent customer service). I needed to return two items and there was loads of confusion with my payment details and my order. He went above and beyond to sort this for me and provided the best customer service.
The price was ok, but they tried to sell me a bag for £1.50. this is for the second time they send me out without a bag. Update: Charged me 1.50 for a bag!!! But this time they didn’t tell me I need to pay for it!! Why do I buy a bag that has your advert on it...
