   Really good food with quality ingredients. The chefs here are great. The vegetables especially- carrot, sweetcorn, beetroot, onion, pea shoots- all so fresh and crisp. My husband really enjoyed the flavourful savoury broth. Great desserts too, we really enjoyed the lemon muffin and the raspberry snow cakes we’d never tried before. The reason I can’t give 5 stars is because like others have said it was so difficult to catch the eye of anyone waiting on. Also there was a queue outside even though there was loads of empty seating. Also the toilets weren’t good.

   I used to love this place and it was my go-to restaurant when hosting family or friends. The service was excellent, attentive, and their handling of food allergies was outstanding. Unfortunately, something has changed in recent months. The quality of service has declined significantly - staff have become inattentive, unprofessional, and frequently forget orders or requests. What was once a reliable dining experience has become consistently disappointing. After several poor visits, I can no longer recommend this establishment and will not be returning. It's disappointing to see a once-great restaurant fall short of its former standards.

   Wagamama is a very popular chain as people know but more specifically the one in Sevenoaks is a bit so-so. I love the food here and the atmosphere is wonderful but it takes a very long time to get to the table and be able to order. The waiters are lovely but it just seems as if it gets too busy for them to handle sometimes. I recommend booking in advance.

   I lunched here with a family member - the service was attentive and helpful. Prices are are ££ level we both had squid starters that were very good and undoubtedly fresh squid is used - medium sized portions and very tasty and hot. We shared a katsu curry that was ok - I wasn’t keen on the fact that they brought up the main course almost immediately after serving the starters resulting in the main course being warm/tepid by the time we got to it. Starter was more satisfying than the main because of this - green tea is served free and was like warm - I prefer any tea to be piping hot free or otherwise. Having said that I would visit again.    Never had a bad dining experience at this eatery. I just want to say that the customer service in this outlet is of the highest of standards. The staff were polite attentive and on point with their service. The food was top class as well and worth the price. Very satisfying experience.

   Lovely staff, and delicious ramen! Highly recommend the pork belly ramen. The dessert (chocolate brownie option) was a bit small for the price, but tasted great! I will definitely be coming back.

   We came at 8:30pm Sunday night after all other restaurants closed or fully booked. There were plenty seats. We ordered steak fried noodles, rice. Nice. The Portion is not for hungry customer. The payments must through scanning barcode and log in the website and put in details.

   I stop going to Wagamama the quality decreases and variety of dishes were less and less….I gave them an other go. I was not impressed l. My noodles did not have flavour or salt. I did not have the choice to have more seasoning since they don’t offer for you. Only you have spicy oil, oil and soya sauce. The service was slow and they did not have all the restaurant full. The table was dirty … you have to pay your own bill via app where you have to put so many details like age, contact number etc etc. basically is kind of self service only they deliver your food to the table.

   Good vibe and good friendy service but surprised that I had to wait over 20 mins to be seated, even though the restaurant was half-empty. Apparently, this was due to shortage of kitchen staff and lots of orders for delivery. The lady at the door saved the day with her apologetic yet bubbly attitude.
