The staff are really friendly they know there stuff about nails. I have been going there nearly 12 months.always friendly helpful and would highly recommend them.
Disappointed and unsatisfied with both my nails and pedicure. This appointment cost £80 and felt very rushed. My nails and toes were not filed correctly and I wasn’t asked which shape I wanted. When doing the French manicure on both my nails and toes the white line isn’t neat and has already started chipping away. The pedicure consisted of luke warm water which my feet were in for approximately 10-15 minutes. My feet were not left to soak and any skin was not removed and was visible still afterwards. There was no massage provided either. I was going to complain and didn’t wish to pay for such a poor service however there are multiple signs around the salon saying “no refunds” which to me is a major red flag.
Love my nails, the girls are lovely and welcoming and take great care to ensure nails are perfect.
I’ve been coming here for my nails for around 7 years and the girls are so friendly, professional and brilliant at nails I’ve now recommended them to my daughters and mum too who now go ❤️
The team at Vanity Nails and Beauty are always welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed with good conversation. The salon is super clean and very well organised. The selection of nail colours are endless and the girls are all excellent at paying attention to detail, ensuring your nails are perfect. Great value for money, my nails always last until my next scheduled appointment. A* all round, the best nail salon in Macclesfield, Cheshire.

I had my nails done her a couple of months ago, it was a while since I'd had my nails done due to ill health, it was the first time I'd heard about dippine powder, and I was looking forward to getting a decent manicure. I arrived for my appt, and I was very surprised to dined the technician used what is basically a little mini drill, but, I let her do her job, which was interupted by a lady who said she had an appt at the same time as mine, and the other technician was busy with someone else, it turned out she had dropped by earlier and was told to come back, nd possibly the other person who as being tended to may have been early, by an hour, I don't know, but I do know it was the fastest manicure ever had. The nails looked good, and I was impressed by the dipping powder as its faster than the gel or shellac I'd previously been used to. Then I came to soak off the powder, and found that my nails had been filled too much and were, as a consequence, very thin, usually my nails are quite good, and don't bend back, but I had to cut my nails short, very short, as they were so thin they kept bending back and breaking. I really went for a decent manicure, but due to being rushed, as the lady who came in was waiting, and using a drill, the technician wasn't too bothered about how my nails were being made too thin, but how many people they could get done in the day. Less than 30 mins for a manicure and polish. I will in future ask more questions before I actually turn up for the appt. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, but if you need a quick fix, and not so much a manicure, then maybe, but ask questions, I didn't as I expected them to know what they're doing, and I'm now paying for that lack of research. I'd rather spend more and have them do a proper job, that to end up with very short, thin nails, not a happy person. I'd give them no stars if it were possible
I love my nails since going to Vanity Macclesfield. Not only do they look lovely but they last without chipping or breaking. They use the dipping powder so there is no smell or uv light. The colour range is phenomenal. The staff are friendly and very professional. I have an allotment and have been preparing for Spring, with no problems to my nails. I have been today and as usual I am very happy with my new nails. Thank you ladies and Happy Chinese New Year.
Love all the girls here, they’ve done a fab job with my nails over the last few years. I’ve gone from being a nail biter of 20 years to having beautiful, naturally long, healthy nails using their dipping powder. I highly recommend Nicole, Jamie and all of the lovely girls at Vanity.
Always have a fantastic result, the girls are always very helpful, and I have never had a bad experience. Usually have Jenny or Nicole, as they always do my nails exactly as I want them. Always get 5 stars from me. Excellent.
