I've been going here for my nails for a few years now, by Ashleigh who does a fab job! The ladies here are lovely, and I recently had my eyebrows micro-bladed by Sally which I'm really happy with. Great salon and service! They're always busy which shows they are very good and have a good client base.
I go to Ashleigh here and she's always done my nails really nicely and she's a really lovely girl. She's good at nail art and they last well. The massage pedicure chairs are the best. I absolutely love the way Ashleigh does eyebrows too.
Terrible Nails, Terrible Service—Wish I Never Went! I visited this salon for the first time last week to get my nails done for an upcoming hen party. Initially, I left the salon happy, but within two days, two of my nails chipped. I went back to the salon to have the chipped nails fixed within 3 days but over the two days that followed, four more nails chipped, including one that was redone. The chunks where the gel peeled off were large and very noticeable, as you can see in the picture. I returned to the salon within a week of my initial visit to show them the damage, but I was told they were too busy to help. When I returned the next day, the woman I spoke to was extremely rude and repeatedly claimed that the chipping was my fault, suggesting I must have been “bashing them off the walls.” ?? When I asked for a refund, I was refused because it had been a week since the service, despite the fact that I had reported the chipping within two days. After waiting for over an hour, I was offered a soak-off only, which I reluctantly accepted because I was embarrassed by how my nails looked. Sadly, I didn’t even receive an apology. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced—totally unprofessional. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.
Cool place! Had to wait a little bit but then again I did appointment literally last minute and they managed to find me a spot! I love the nails, casual but pretty and I have to say they do have attention to detail which is quite good!
Love my nails !! Really nice experience overall. Great staff and they did an excellent job on my nails. I would 100% recommend.
I’m so happy to find myself a decent, friendly nail salon just down the road from me! The environment is so laid back and welcoming and the nail technicians are fantastic - somehow they always know exactly what I want! I don’t mind becoming a regular, that’s for sure!
Extremely nice,welcome and friendly staff! Compare to the nightmare I have previously experience this place is like heaven! Thank you for the great service,and I'll be highly recommending this to all my girls, and definitely coming back! Worth every penny,and a time spend in a friendly and relax atmosphere ❤
Absolutely love my nails had the most relaxing pedicure and love the back massage in the chair came out feeling very relaxed both my manicure and pedicure nails are gorgeous and I'm.so pleaded with thanks to Sally xxx
