Had a lovely experience here, got here kind of late as it was the only time i could arrive after work, but they stayed open past their normal hours to do my nails. Got a stunning set of glitter pink acrylics, gorgeous shape and attention to detail. Only £34 altogether, and that is with an extra charge for bank transfer! super good prices, easy-going vibes, attentive and skilled staff, couldn't recommend any more!

i did my nails on Monday and today is Sunday and i have returned here 4 times in this week to redo my nails as the gel kept on peeling off for no reason. i'm not a person who does heavy work for it to be peeling like this! i'm so frustrated with their service. they don't even take their time to do your nails professionally. everything is done in a hurry burry! had to travel back and forth to redo my nails when its not even my fault.

Really disappointed with how this nail salon has gone downhill—I used to be a regular. As a student, I came back because they advertise a student discount, but it turned out to be completely misleading. I was told the discount only applies if you spend over £26, but when my total came to £27, they said it didn’t qualify because I paid by bank transfer—which they also charged me an extra £2 for. So, no discount and an added fee for not bringing cash. They don’t accept card and actively encourage cash payments, but if you can’t pay in cash, you’re hit with extra charges for using bank transfer. It comes across as a blatant money grab rather than good service. My mini French tip manicure on natural nails took barely 10 minutes. It looked rushed, thick, and went shorter without consulting, despite the salon being empty around 4pm. While I was there, I overheard staff tell another customer she couldn’t use her loyalty card and the student discount at the same time—she’d have to choose. Her bill came to £46 after several unexpected surcharges, and she seemed just as frustrated. The discount was only 10%, and clearly not worth the hassle. I totally understand that businesses need to cover costs, and I’m always happy to pay fairly, but I do think a little more transparency and care with pricing and service would go a long way.

was actually kind of scared because of some of the reviews but i love my nails. they’re so pretty and were rlly quick to be done. they cost £32 (student discount is 10% i just forgot to ask lol). the ladies were lovely and she kept asking in between if i liked my nails which i really appreciate. definitely coming back :)

Arrived today soon to their closing time and was greeted with kind and efficient service. My nails look incredible and are quite possibly one of my favourite sets i’ve ever had! My nails are almost identical to the reference picture! Plus w/ student discount these are a good price compared to other salons! So happy and will definitely be back :)

I did my nail last week and half of rhinestones are just all out of my nail, then I came to the store again to put the new on my nail and staffs there asked me to pay extra 4 pounds because of their technical problems??The biggest problem is when I came back home and took a rest, then the new rhinestones were just all out of my nail only after I took a nap??Moreover, when I asked for remaking in the store, the staff was very perfunctory. They were busy serving other customers and did not fix my new rhinestones seriously. Even after I asked for sealing, they only brushed it within 5s perfunctory and just took the money and walked away

Came in just for a soak off of acrylic nails. Won't be returning, lazy service and did not do a good job at all. Lots of little acrylic left on my nails after the treatment. My nails were left in terrible condition after sinking my nails into a bowl of acetone, might as well have ripped my nails off myself, they would have been in better condition.

Great place. First time going there. Didn’t take long for my nails, only about 40 mins! The man did such a fantastic job for the photo I had for reference, and the price was reasonable. I am fussy with my nails and he was great. Will come back here again, thank you!!

[False advertisement, unhygienic store] The wonderful lady that did my nails were very nice. But,- Outside there is a sign saying “full acrylic set for X money”, as soon as she started I was informed that the set was out with color of any kind. Which technically, they can say it’s a “full set”, but that just isn’t what it is it… The store was generally unhygienic, doesn’t look like the floors have been washes in a year and there is dust in every corner. The tools that were used were unhygienic as well. However, the nails did come out pretty, when I noticed the color I wanted turned purple after drying she changed it. Would not come here again, but if you want ok nails and can maybe fix them yourself at home later then id recommend.
