Hoang does my nails so nice! Each time i come he never disappoints! He always takes his time with my nails and they always end up looking so amazing! Always would recommend him to others! And they last me more than 2 weeks!! Love it! Thank you!!
Awful experience. Each one of my nails is a different shape and extremely messy. No way worth the £35 which I paid. Will not be returning
I had a really good experience here - staff were really helpful and kind when discussing their services and prices - I paid £45 for these and I think it was worth the money. The man who did my nails (didn’t get a name, sorry!) put a bead of acrylic on a spare tip so he could check I was happy with the colour before he started applying it to my nails. He paid close attention to detail when sizing the tips - often I find elsewhere that the tips are often too small and the nails end up looking a bit odd, but he made sure they fit the whole width of the nail. Application of the acrylic was very good, as you can see from the photos the nails are a good shape and have a good apex - sometimes I leave other nail places with quite flat nails which is a bit disappointing, but not here! I thought the beads of acrylic were quite wet but it didn’t matter, the results were still very good. He free handed some of the design which we had agreed, which I liked because it made the nails more unique and interesting. They have two lamps per station so you can cure the gel on two hands at once which I thought was very efficient. They also take card - which a lot of places don’t! Again, I had a very good experience here and I’m not quite sure why the reviews are so bad. Will definitely be coming back :)
I stopped by Nail Culture the other day for a last minute manicure (my regular place cancelled on me last minute). I was looking for a nice nude, nothing extraordinary. The technician who took care of my nails, Christophe (or Christopher, sorry :) was great. He did a fast and very thorough job. They have a great colour selection, too. It’s not a place where I’d go to pamper myself, bang in the middle of a busy shopping centre. But for a fast manicure at £25, with such a beautiful result, it’s absolutely worth it. Mine is 7 days old, and it’s still immaculate.
Availability straight away, however I would say prices are slightly misleading. The website stated the amount for acrylics, but note this doesn't include a colour. Perhaps this is the norm for those who have their nails done regularly, but I expected this would have been included in the price. As such, paying for the colour on top made it more expensive than I had anticipated. The lady who did my nails was still in training, but did a great job and was friendly.
I'm really surprised at some of the negative reviews on here. I've had gel mani with a design and pedi done at Nail Culture today and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the fantastic service. Definitely recommend them and I will be coming back again ☺️
My nails are horrible. I hate them. 41 pounds to get them done white with black ends and ive come out with holes in my nails, blue and pink nails, not done the sides either. The woman looked scared doing my nails because she knew she messed them up. They look like my fingers swolen and the woman kept pulling my nail and actually causing me pain. Never. Ever. Again. I am so mad
I had my nails done here, both fingers and toes. I asked and chose a pale pink colour. The day after the colour had changed to a yellow colour, with pink undertones. They look awful. I paid a great deal of money and feel I have been ripped off. Never will I go back. Was a last min decision and one I have regretted. I will be speaking to the owner.
I’m really gutted to give such an awful rating but this is purely based on todays service. The lady with the glasses on, was awfully rude. I asked for a gel polish removal as I didn’t have time to get a fresh colour put on at the same time (running late for a hair appointment) she was not very communicative at all and was moving my foot back and forth rather than just asking me. She removed the polish and sprayed some sticky water on it and that was it. I have arthritis in my feet and this was so painful cause she just manhandled my feet. Awful, won’t be coming again sadly or at at least will not let her do any of my treatments.
