Very awful service. Charged me £20 pounds and sent me with trimmed nails and just plain gel polish over my natural nails…So appalling and disgusting service. Not recommended to anyone ,they are just hungry for money.
Horrible service. Genuinely was in tears after seeing the state of my nails. The lady who did my nails did Biab and did a shambolic job it’s all lumpy and shifting off my nail beds. Paid £70 + for a horrible service. Very unwelcoming people. I’ve only been coming in as it’s close by but I’m so upset I posted the nails on my instagram and social media showing how horribly done they are. Stop charging the price when service is bad
They always do my nails lovely ☺️ After trying multiple shops and then finding Lucy’s, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! All the staff are brilliant and friendly.

Been here several times and always been completely happy. I only have Shellac on my own nails as I cannot function with false nails. I went 1 week ago and a different lady did my nails think her name was Lucy. They were all lumpy and are now chipping away and usually I get 2 to 3 weeks from them it has put me off going again now.

Not very nice.Good location but the staff is talking their language all the time. They work quickly but not giving attention to the clients. They use the same files for all without disinfecting after everyone. The place is not dirty but usually it's stuffy .
I never experienced such a bad service before. I came in asking if I can have a soak off for my acrylics they said yes. I sat down and the man started cutting my acrylics off then started shaking his head. Then instead of soaking them off he took a false plastic nail and used that to get under my acrylic nail to get them off. The pain was so bad it ruined my natural nails!!!!!! Not only did it hurt but he cut my natural nails way too short which increased the pain. Additionally, he didnt ask how i want my natural nails filed and he made them even shorter and into some oval shape. I DO NOT BELIEVE A NAIL SALON CAN GET WORSE THAN THIS!!!!! Will not be coming back as I cannot even get the service i asked for.
My 75 year old mum came today to have a pedicure. Her appointment was 2pm and she was not seen or attended to till 2.50pm. The place was not very busy and staff seemed like they do not care or even have a clue. At 2.50pm my mum was told to place her feet in water where the staff left her till 3.15pm. They then proceeded to cut her nails and she had her shoes and socks on for 3.30pm. This cost £25. This is not a service nor would I recommend this disgraceful place to anyone who are quite happy to see a lady of 75 basically be ripped off. I wouldn't even give them 1*.
