   I had a great experience at GDK Acton. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. The restaurant was clean and well organized, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I’d especially like to mention Mewish, who served me very well — friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. Excellent customer service made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend GDK Acton to others.

   I visited German Doner Kebab today and ordered a buy-one-get-one meal, which is one of my favourite items. At the counter, I asked the server twice to remove all the lettuce, but when I received my food, it still had lettuce in it. The staff member serving me was quite rude and seemed to have difficulty understanding me properly. On top of that, the food was burnt, which spoiled the taste.

   I ordered a doner rice bowl with extra meat for delivery. Once again I got a dishonest order with a small and poor portion of meat.. This is how they cheat customers, and what more, I ordered OG kebab before and it was the same, I was also cheated on the portion of meat for which I paid extra.

   I came in to eat but decided that I did not want to sit in a dirty space. It’s quiet here. Why not come and wipe the tables? I don’t want to deal with someone else’s mess. It is not my job to ask staff to do their job so that I can eat in a clean space. It’s basic stuff. There’s a sign outside saying that it’s under new management. It’s a shame they can’t seem to run a good business and make this an inviting place to eat.

   There is a lady her name is Zara but in receipt her name is Anjali her duty time was on 9:45 pm on 26th March 2023 Sunday in the acton branch!!! she was very very rude with my partner and I. Today was her second time she was rude again with us, and we are the regular customers. I visit here 2 or 3 times a week, she knows us, and she is always rude with us. Please take a reaction about the issue. I'll visit again and again please speak with your staff and let them respect customers. We are coming to have some foods but they will make us nervous.

   Before you eat make sure you check about what you got mostly if you got any allergies, we specifically asked without onions and they were all the bottom mixed with the salad. The meat is good, but the costumer service is not great.

   Long wait for a small tiny slice of bread with a little bit of meat 7 pounds!!! For this???? This kebab will not be enough, this is what they show you, and this is what you get... ridiculous
