I paid extra for fetita cheese and of course I get to my car there is no cheese because they are not bothered to check the order not that they were busy shop was empty !!!!
This is the worse gdk branch in the uk they hardly put any chicken in your doner and its not the first time. Ive ordered through uber or deliveroo it doesn’t matter they hardly put any chicken in it regardless it’s pathetic.
I had a great experience being served by Amna at GDK. She was friendly, professional, and went out of her way to make sure my order was just right. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out — she made the whole visit enjoyable. It’s always nice to see staff who genuinely care about customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.
It’s a joke guys, the place is clean and nice, but the food tasteless, meat cuts thinner than paper, tastes like paper, spicy sauce less spicy than hot ketchup, garlic sauce not bad, fries small and tastes weird, cheese disappeared somewhere and the size of portions Come On, the happy meal in McDonald’s is bigger. I ordered extra beef meat and cheese and after I finished I was still hungry. I paid £11.46 for this kebab, total disappointment.
Burnt Kebab raw meat and Lonnnng wait times. I went in and ordered 2 kebabs, 1 lamb and 1beef. They took over half an hour to get the kebabs done and when I got home one of them had the bread over cooked, there was also some chicken that looked raw or fatty. As someone who gets sick easily from burnt food I could not eat this. I have been here a few times before and its always hit and miss. When it gets busy this store cannot cope with demand and will serve you sub standard food. Verdict just Bad. Avoid
First time ordering from this branch and the lots of the chicken pieces were completely raw. Thank God I checked before feeding my kids. Please check your food thoroughly before eating or you will be sick. Never ordering again from here!
Food was prepared as ordered and was hot. It tasted delicious, the shop was very clean and Customer service was excellent! The highlight personally was the refreshing hand towel given with my meal with covid in mind that’s a good touch! I will certainly visit this branch again and prefer it over Hounslow due to cleanliness and hand towel as Hounslow didn’t issue one. Well Done to this Branch of GDK franchise
One of the best doners I have eaten with the most scrumptious and tasty breads ever!! Usually breads are plain and you end up leaving it in a doner, but the bread sets the whole doner apart from the competition. Also, the doner is very delicious served with great fries. Saeed who was on the till was very helpful! Excellent customer service! Thoroughly recommended for food and service. Will definitely come here again!
If you want a Salad Bread Visit this Branch. The meat is non existent and even after ordering go large on the chicken because the meat in the normal one is less just within 2 bites I was left with 3/4 of my kabab bread with loads of Salad. Very dissatisfied on more than one occasion now. I really miss the old days of GDK
