Visited this place recently and was really impressed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything felt well thought out from the moment I arrived. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about providing a great experience. The service was smooth and efficient without ever feeling rushed.
German Doner Kebab really exceeded my expectations! The meat was flavorful and tender, the bread had a perfect crunch, and the sauces tied everything together beautifully. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The place was clean, service was quick, and the staff were friendly. A fresh, modern take on the classic kebab – I’ll definitely be back!
We ordered this for dinner and was very disappointed. We ordered the boxes so wasn’t expecting a huge portion. But I paid to get “extra” meat in my meal. I didn’t see any extra the box was only just half full. The meat was also cold and the chips were hard as rocks. Won’t be ordering from this branch again
I ordered vegetarian food online via Uber eats and they delivered a non-veg and I complaint in Uber Eats. They’re like now your order is correct and then I tried to contact with the restaurant and they are not receiving my call. I tried 15 or 20 times but they just directly cut the call. I spent at least £16 something and total two item is missing from my whole order. I take the picture so you’ll get to know and Worst service ever.
I’ve had two disappointing experiences at German Doner Kebab due to finding hair in my food on separate occasions—once in the sauce and again inside the kebab itself. While the service was decent and the atmosphere was fine, the repeated hygiene issues completely overshadowed everything else. It's hard to enjoy a meal when you're concerned about cleanliness. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
I was looking for a very specific kind of food, I trusted German Doner to give me the flavours of a good, spicy kebab. When I made my order I was surprised to spend £10.99 for a kebab and chips and a can of coke. I spent my time of 10 seconds, waiting for the food, thinking about how this had better be worth it. Not only was the service super quick, but the break was crispy and toasted, and was a surprisingly large kebab for how it looked. The chips were also very well spiced. I will visit again but only when I can afford it, and who knows really when that will be.
Terrible customer service! I order something and was given other item that I did not asked for, went to talk with the cashier and she started shout with me and my kids. She didn’t speak English well , made a mistake and was rude and shout. Really disappointed to bring my relatives here. And later on the girl was speaking with the others employees in her languages, looking at me and laughing. In less than 5 minutes she left smiling.
The chicken was very bad, the smell of it is like an egg, and when I complained about it. He told it is not his problem. “I am confident i cook very well, if you didn’t like it go order something else or go” i asked to talk to the manager and he told me that he is the manager. It is a shame to treat a customer like this in a bad way. It id also shame to find such bad service in london. I hope the manager can talk to me. Thanks for the bad treatment
German doner kebab used to be very nice however the past 3 orders have been shocking. The pictures speak for themselves. This is exactly how they arrived. German Doner have lost a long term customer I’m afraid.
Not good experience for this time in customer service there are 7 staff working in but not good standerd of service, they given order for someone else, than missing 2 items in our order , and I noticed that there is no specific portion of meat , some got less some got more , but over all it's less meat as compare to price ,taste was good , in drinks they charging for glass bottles but they give us cans but after we demand they change for glass bottles again the parking is the issue if you want to dine in Over all not a great experience
