Need to learn to park car & be considerate to neighbours on Burnfield Road. Constantly dumping car in the middle of 2 spaces so nobody else can park, asked by an elderly neighbour to not park outside for a couple of weeks due to ill health and needing quick access to car & note was thrown on floor & ignored.
Disappointing pedicure. Very nice friendly staff, but some retraining required on pedicure proceedure. It was actually a painful experience, firstly with how the metal tools were used on cuticles and nail, then using the hard skin remover to scrub across the top of my toes which took the skin off and is now infected and sore. This is not a common occurrence with a pedicure. The underside of my foot was rubbed with sharp nails aswell, not enjoyable. The whole thing was quite odd, and didn't follow the usual 'flow' (hot towel, lower leg massage/foot massage). The painting of the nails was very good. Leaving the review in the genuine hope that the salon will focus on retraining, as the young lady was very friendly.
If I could give zero stars I would. Rude, arrogant. Asked for plain acrylics, clear. When nails were put in. Asked me what length. I asked for my normal , long length. I was then told I would have to pay an extra £7 on top of the £23 advertised for acrylic nails. When I queried the price she cut my nails short and said she would give me the £23 worth. Absolutely disgusting !! Don’t know how they get customers. I’m asking for my money back. Avoid like the plague !!
Love getting my nails done here Lisa is the best
The workers jiggled me and played with me like a balloon. They threw on the floor and threw nail polish on me. They glued fake eyelashes in places that i can't mention. I ran home crying. I came back the next day to ask why they did that but instead they started jiggling me on the chair and then they forced me to watch power rangers with them for 5 hours. At they gave me a brazilian wax even though i didnt want one.
Loads of colours to pick from, never usually a wait either. They're dead quick but do a brilliant job, best place I've had them done and really good value
I walked in and was able to get an appointment straight away. Very friendly staff love my nails, thank you.

AVOID Took my girlfriend to get her nails done today, she showed them a picture with pale colours we came out with bright colours. They are nothing like the picture, it was £30 which is very expensive for a 16 year old. The shape is completely wrong. AVOID.
