   Shop often in this store, lovely polite and helpful staff especially the ladies on the tills, always cheers you up. Lots saying the lady with the red hair is rude, she most definitely is not, she’s a lovely friendly lady, would highly recommend this store and its staff.

   The old lady with short red hair was so rude to me and my partner. She checked my ID gave it back and I put it away, she asked to see my ID again and kept staring at it then back at me a few times, I said I’m 24 she rudely snapped and said it’s the photo I’m looking at. My boyfriend asked if she needed his ID she said don’t shout at me, he did not shout and she proceeded to say it’s my job to check. I repeated a few times that my boyfriend didn’t shout at her. He asked for her name and she said I don’t have one what? You going to grass on me to the manager? I couldn’t believe how horrid she was. She proceeded to raise her voice with me saying cash or card when I had my phone next to the reader telling me she needs to know before she puts it through as if it wasn’t obvious. Her attitude was disgusting, and the way she spoke to my partner and I was completely uncalled for and there was no need for her to shout at both of us with a queue of people behind, great customer service. I rang the store and spoke with the manager, she knew who I was on about before I said anything (probs had this a few times regarding her), she said she has a tenancy to be loud but wasn’t excusing her behaviour. The manager was quite nice and did apologise profusely.

   The products are cheap and of low quality, and simply "you get what you are paying for." You can find useful products with logical prices however many of the things are worthless. The worst thing here is the staff who unfortunately seem soulless and tough

   Would rate 0 if possible. Attempted to buy vanish to get stains out of my babies clothes and was refused because it contained bleach ( im a 17 year old mom), even though it did not. They insisted that it was company policy but would not show policy to my partner. He was harassed by security and was even threatened to be hit and the woman on the till and manager were disgustingly rude. Had to walk out as my baby was very upset as they came across as aggressive.

   Always shop here, they sell everything and staff are nice, love their seasonal products and cleaning stuff, they do some good stationary my daughter loves all that. Do go and check it out sometimes only 1 till is open so expect queues

   Some things are great and some things suck! Bought a fan but it's very poor quality, keeps falling over and tilt adjustment won't stay up, not sure if I can return it cause if I can I will! If not I'll throw it away. Don't waste your money on electrical items from here!

   Absolute scam of a shop. Drinks fridge say 2 for £1 yet go to the till and get charged £1.58. I said why does it say 2 for £1 she just glared at me and screamed for a supervisor with a smarmy look. Disgusting customer service. Change your price marks if you’re not going to charge the customer fairly!!
