   Yesterday (17/12/25), I placed an online order as usual, but unfortunately I did not receive my full order—one items were missing. It was very frustrating to come home after work and not receive the food I had ordered. I would really appreciate it if GDK could remind staff to ensure orders are packed correctly before dispatch. Otherwise, loyal customers may become discouraged. I am very disappointed, as this is a place I regularly order from and did not expect this experience.

   I have to give 1 star but I would give them 0. I ordered the plant based kebabs and they had sauce made with milk. I have reported that to the local authority. If you are vegan, I wouldn't recommend ordering food from this place. Awful and disappointing. After a week, I have been calling just eat and they haven't given me a solution. The manager wrote a comment giving me the number and I called many times. He said he was going to call me back with a solution. And nothing after 10 days. There are 2 managers and one of them didn't help me at all. I am pleased to say that the other manager (his name is Shehz) is the only one who has given me a solution in less than a hour. He will give me the money back. Thank you for that and for finding a solution for me. You take your job and your customers seriously. Please, for next time, german doner kebab should make sure they don't add sauces with dairy products to the plant based options.

   I’ve ordered from this GDK branch so many times, and the food is always spot-on. Whether it’s the Doner Box with fries and salad, the extra mix, or the plain fries for my kids — everything comes out hot, fresh, and full of flavour. My children absolutely love GDK kebabs, and they’ve grown fond of Suzi as well. She’s got such a sweet, bubbly way of talking that even my little ones smile when she’s at the counter. Suzi is honestly the heart of this store. She pays close attention to every detail — removing what I don’t want, adding what I need, and making sure our order comes exactly how we like it. She’s warm, polite, and genuinely caring with every customer. GDK does great food, but Suzi’s kindness and top-quality service make the whole experience even better.

   I’ve been coming to GDK for quite a while now, and although I’ve never left a review before, I felt I really should today. The food is always spot on, but what truly makes the experience even better is the lovely staff — especially Suzi. Suzi is genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve come across in customer service. She’s always polite, cheerful, and greets me with a smile every single time. She takes my order carefully, checks everything properly, and always makes sure I get exactly what I’ve asked for. Her friendly and jolly personality really brightens up the visit. A big thank you to Suzi for her kindness and brilliant service — it’s honestly appreciated.

   The restaurant has lovely vibes, felt so comfy eating here. Lovely service, especially Tuba who was so friendly and made a delicious sauce which really made the rice bowl taste a lot better than if it was on its own. Would definitely recommend and eat here again.

   Disgusting customer service! Ordered from Just eat . Sent me beef instead of Chicken! This is not the first time! I decided not to order from them as they had done this before! Gave them a 5th chance, but yey again failed to deliver the CORRECT ORDER!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM YOU!

   Ordered this from Catford branch via deliveroo for dinner tonight and this time my kebab arrived very burnt and tasted bitter due to this being over cooked. Really disappointed this time as normally they take extra care and always deliver. Not very enjoyable experience which is very upsetting! Will got be ordering from them again in the future.

   It was very yummy. The staff were friendly as well. Couple of juice choices to enjoy with a meal. •The food is halal • The eating place was clean and there is a loo which is also clean and has toilet wash jug.

   Driving through Catford I noticed a familiar shop sign, done a quick emergency U-Turn and parked up realising it was my favourite kebab chain. Got into the shop, it was unusually quite. The young staff member behind the till confirmed the shop had been only open for 3 weeks. I ordered the usual kebab meal. It came quick. Food tasted fine. But the big negatives were: I asked and paid for a large but the doner was regular. The chips portion was a joke. And the general presentation, how it was wrapped was shoddy. Staff definitely need training. Hopefully these are just start up problems that go away. Will stick to the Ilford and Stratford branches for now.
